This document sets out the official terms and conditions governing use of the 14a platform. Please read it carefully in full before registering or using any of our services. By using the 14a platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 14a platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other available channel — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions without reservation.
If you disagree with any part of this document, please stop using the 14a platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to these terms will be considered acceptance of those changes.
The 14a platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are not legally prohibited from using online gambling services in your jurisdiction.
Account Creation and User Responsibilities
Registration and Account Information
To use 14a's services in full, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and phone number. Each user is permitted only one active account. Multiple registrations by the same individual may result in all associated accounts being suspended without prior notice.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 14a will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected].
Prohibited Activities
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to breach, hack, or disrupt the 14a platform's systems.
- Transferring or sharing your account with another party.
- Using illegally obtained funds to make deposits.
Payments, Transactions and Currency
All transactions on the 14a platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported deposit methods include DuitNow QR, FPX transfers, and local internet banking. No foreign currency conversion is required for users in Malaysia.
Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes of payment confirmation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and will be displayed during the deposit process.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered under the same name as the 14a account. 14a reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal to ensure security and compliance with anti-money laundering procedures. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take between 1 to 5 business days.
Any attempt to cancel or reverse a legitimate transaction through a third-party financial institution (chargeback) without valid justification may result in account suspension and a fund recovery claim by 14a.
Liability Limits and Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
14a is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical delays, or errors in the display of information. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 14a makes no warranty that the service will be free from interruptions or errors at all times.
Account Suspension and Closure
14a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account without prior notice where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any term in this document, engaged in fraud, or attempted to manipulate the platform's systems. Any funds remaining in an account suspended due to fraud or serious breach may be forfeited in full or in part, subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms

All content on the 14a platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, graphics, icons, and software code — is the exclusive property of 14a or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 14a.

The 14a platform may include references or links to third-party services or content for informational purposes only. 14a is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms
14a reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. We encourage users to review this page periodically. Continued use of the 14a platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 14a platform shall be resolved through mutually agreed procedures and, where necessary, in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
